Thank you so much for your book A Modern Woman’s Guide to a Natural Empowering Birth and audio cards. They helped us through our natural early labour and delivery of our beautiful son Casanova Zachary at 35.6 weeks. Our midwife was elated by the connection we had and the support we gave each other through our established labour. I listened to the audio cards over n over for weeks and even spent an extra 60 dollars on data usage while in hospital so I could keep playing the link you sent me over n over while labouring from Sunday to Wednesday afternoon.
Yes I believe “birth goes best when not intruded upon by strange people and strange places” but I am so glad I was in hospital to have the support needed for my premi son and my after birth hemeraging which really frightened my partner and I as we thought we’d got through the birth and all was done. I cried after birth when I looked into my partners love infused proud eyes when I said “we did it!” I wasn’t sure I’d have the energy after 4 days of labour.
As our son decided to pop his waters 4 weeks early I never got to enjoy the new cd you told me you were going to post through. Have u still got that coming cos I still would really love it.
I found electric candles, oil smelling, relaxation cd, mantras, breathing and massage, shower and amazing love and verbal support from my partner to help us birth without painkillers n have a healthy son and empowering love enriching birth. Thank you so much for the help with focus and visualisation. Also found YouTube videos on j breathing very helpful.
