
Raw Cacao and Apricot Brownies
150 g almonds
100 g raw cashew nuts
50 g chia seeds
150 g pitted dates
100 g dried apricots
2 tbsp honey or agave
30 g coconut oil
50g raw caw cacao
50g shredded coconut
2 tbsp maca powder (optional)
½ tsp vanilla powder
1 pinch of salt
Methods/steps
1) Soak almonds and cashews overnight. Rinse them and drain.
2) Blend all the ingredients together, adding some water if need be (not too much). If you don’t
finish blending – not a big deal, I quite like the unexpected apricot chunks.
3) Pour the mixture into a prepared loaf pan, level it by using a large spoon and let it rest in the fridge for one day.
4) Cut into cubes and dust with some raw cacao powder
