I know what it’s like to be terrified of childbirth – Yes once upon a time I was YOU! – and I know what it takes to get to the other side where peace and power resides. It is my absolute pleasure and calling to support expecting mothers just like you in their mind-body preparations and mindset towards their birth.

Let me help you cross the bridge from fear, doubt and anxiety to total peace and power (without that dark cloud hanging over head) and give you and your baby the very best start.

Together we will explore your biggest questions, deepest fears, challenges and concerns in a private, nurturing and supportive environment.
