I love, love, loved your book by the way! Towards the final weeks of pregnancy and having more time at home to relax and read before the bub was due, I was graciously given the ‘Empowering Natural Birth Stories’ book {A Modern Woman’s Guide to a Natural Empowering Birth} to read. I couldn’t put it down.
What was so refreshing, was the positive messages that run throughout the book…..I loved that the book shared so many different experiences and that the women that you featured showed amazing strength and insight into the whole process. Being a new mum and not knowing exactly what to expect it was great to read that it is possible!
Things that I still remember is the fact that giving birth is not a medical procedure (of course in most cases) and that we don’t have to be scared of the process – that part can come later when the baby is here and your world becomes completely thrown into the air!

I was lucky enough to have been given the book from a friend and now I recommend all my friends that are about to give birth to have a read. It was so easy to read as well (did I mention I read it all within 48 hours! I couldn’t put it down)
