I bought the Birth Goddess book { A Modern Woman’s Guide to a Natural Empowering Birth) when I was around 20 weeks pregnant. I loved reading all the stories and journeys from women all around. Such a good book to have in your pregnancy/birth “toolbox.”
It gave me so much encouragement and empowerment to birth the way I wanted to but also prepped me for the “what ifs”. I ended up having a stress free, beautiful and natural home birth surround by my little family. Highly recommend this book!!!
