Am so proud of myself that I was able to have a drug free natural birth for my son.
My plan was to have the gas there if I felt I really needed it and I think this kept me going knowing there was something if I really had to. There is also a lot more to it than that but I didn’t put too much pressure on myself and to just go with the flow.
Anyway you asked me last year to write something and I finally did. It may not be what I thought I would write but it was healing and empowering for me and I wanted to share it with you if that’s ok?
