
Ali’s Chocolate Chia Pudding
1 tbsp coconut butter
1/2 cup chia seeds soaked in water or coconut milk
1/4 cup flax seeds or meal
1 tbsp raw cacao (or to taste, more can be added for the serious chocolate nut!)
2 medjool dates ( pitted)
Blend all together and enjoy! This will offset any chocolate cravings during pregnancy and as an added bonus is high in omega 3, fibre and magnesium!
