I loved this book { A Modern Woman’s Guide to a Natural Empowering Birth} because it is such an easy tool for my parents to go to and just open up at any point and get whatever message it is they need on that particular day.
It’s succinct, it’s clear, it’s empowering. It has information from real mums and not just professionals…..but it does have professionals in there as well.
It’s really well written from a mother’s point of view. That’s why I like to recommend it in my classes.”
